Stability Very interesting and big projects Excellent wage for undergrads and Good wage for manager positions Possibility (not likely though) to work in several places in Brazil

Cons

Extremely slow/bureaucratic in every sense (both career , HR, and company rithym overall) Not a meritocratic company at all Many people not willing to work and some other working hard Wage may be bad during some time/career position
