Pros

Great benefits, great salary above market average, job security, amazing balance between personal life and professional life. You come in at 8 am and leave at 5 pm. Nobody asks you to stay late.

Cons

Spoiled employees, people complaining a lot for no reason, too many rewards and no great challenges, it's a company for engineers, not IT guys, too much burocracy. Nobody wants to take responsibilities.

Excelent work/life balance. Good salaries when facing Brazil's reality.

Cons

Very slow career evolution. Too much political influence. Consulting and management career have confusing, not clear and very political access mechanisms. Peripheral areas with too much power and influence.
