Petrobras is an energy state company in which the only possibility to get a job is by a difficult public contest.

- The company has a large portfolio of energy business icluding oil and gas exploration, refinaries, power plants, research center, fertilizers. - It offers a nice extra benefits for the employees like: healthcae plan, financing the family school bills and medicines, profit share - It´s a very safe job with extremely reduced chances of being fired

Cons

- It has a huge government interference and its usual to damage some technical and business strategies because of political interests - Its a state company and susceptible to corruption attempts - The organization strucutre is very weak, if a lot of gaps of procedures and working plans
