It’s a multinational company that will give you the opportunity to work on different locations worldwide. If you´re lucky, you will find yourself a sponsor who will assign you to interesting projects where you´ll be able to work and grow with the experience. You´ll be overpaid and you´ll make good friends.

Cons

Most of the time you´re frustrated by the high level of bureaucracy, having to work on pet-projects and to meet certain management requirements that are clearly not in line with the best interest and/or practice of the company. The collective bargain agreement is unbelievably pro-employee, granting salary increases to under-performers and incentivizing unprofessional and uncommitted behavior.

The Company invest very much in employee professional training. Salary is higher than market average and have some great benefits.

Cons

Company is extremmely bureaucratic and conservative in Information Technology area. The Work/Life balance is not soo good as it has an extremely rigid work period. Remote work (like home office) is not possible.
