      There are a lot of huge and challenging projects, making Petrobras an excellent field for learning and develop new ideas.

      Cons

      Most leaders are affraid to change the way things are done, so it's hard to find cooperation when you see an opportunity to improve a process even if it would be done to reduce costs.

      Good pay, complete package of fringe benefits, major worldwide organization,

      Cons

      Company cannot fire employees, makes it full of employees who don't carry their own weight. Managers become complacent and occupy same positions without drive for 20-30 years. Every decision must run through higher management. Lack of accountability.
