Cons

If you do not want advance your career in a rapid pace, have a exponencial learning curve and be able to access higher opportunities this is not for you.

- You can talk to everybody and track as many areas you want. - Engineering personel are very open and welcome to teach. - Interns can attend to almost every full personel training.

Cons

- Lunch at the refinery is disgusting with very bad ingredients and careless cookers. - There is no way an intern can be hired after graduation.
