      Base salary for contract a senior Consultant is very good, not to complain.

      Cons

      Lack of benefits only, health insurance and Base salary for contracted employees, Great opportunity and good benefits package only for state employees.

      Pros

      Great experiences in engineering and large projects. Good salary. Healthy environment for professional development. It is a great place to have contact only with people with a lot of professional experience.

      Cons

      What I would advise for the company's board is to invest more in disclosure of results to employees. The goals are to put more broadly and it is not always evident the pursuit of these goals.

      Pros

      Benefits is the only pro that I seen. I guess the relaxed dress code is good if you haven't researched the fact that this leads to a relaxed work ethic in your personnel.

      Cons

      Everything besides benefits: no procedures, no training, incompetent managers, outdated use of technology, SAP implementation but no one uses it they'll prefer to use spreadsheets that no one understands except the developer, only Brazilians are in management, etc etc etc
