Pros

Summer Friday's Week between Christmas and New Years - semi off Product Allowance

Cons

IT at this company is in a sad, sad state. Recently named global CIO is an immature man child that has no expertise. The way you get ahead in this company is to be French, a man, an alcoholic. Company makes deals at the bar - deals aren't made on whats best for the company -its what is most inexpensive and cross it off the check list. IT is headed in a really bad direction, I have never seen a company spiraling downward so fast. Politics are the name of the game and if you can't be a politician don't expect to last. Expect to be thrown under the bus and when they tell you they value your opinion and expertise…..don't listen. All they want are puppets.

But he's from the family, so it's going to be difficult for him to understand and make the changes that are needed: and obviously, he is a white, French, sponsored male...
