      Great brands!!! Great opportunity for advancement if you are willing to relocate

      The Company no longer has their people as their #1 asset (one of the main pillars the company was built on and also a huge draw for high talent in the past).

      Pros

      Competitive salary and bonus structure which includes an allowance to buy the products. Great industry, good brands and great people. Unfortunately, this is quickly changing under the new Pernod CEO. It’s safe to say now that the conviviality part of the culture is lost.

      Cons

      Years of poor management has created significant uncertainty and poor morale. It is always a matter of when, not if, you will leave Pernod. Diversity of thought and people are lacking.

      Fun place to work but political

      Pros

      Great brands, good people and outstanding company-wide meetings every two years. Happy hours in the office bar on Thursdays.Good compensation.

      Cons

      Morale not always good with politics and frequent reorgs and layoffs. Takes some time getting used to open plan in NY office if you are coming from a more traditional office.
