Pros

- Company has a strong portfolio with a nice balance between legacy and lifestyle brands across almost every spirits category - Company makes a considerably large marketing investment behind priority brands and big bets so there is an opportunity to fund some cool brand campaigns if fortunate to be on one of those teams. - Diverse leadership with regards to female representation, not so much with regards to ethnically diverse leadership - Company provides regular check-in with senior leadership on virtual and in person town halls and check ins. - Company is open to new ideas and concepts, however may lack patience with allowing time for social proof

Cons

- Lack of true decision-making autonomy and boldness due to fear of failure and how it might look to the CEO and senior leadership - Lack of true commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion internally - Lack of career development planning and support from the organization - Company sees diversifying the talent at organization as simply recruiting and promoting women, whom are primarily white females. - French expats are favored over US domestic talent. - Career growth is most favorable to employees that are highly agreeable and submissive, being sure not to challenge or question senior leadership - Reorganization and layoffs are certain every other year so job security is volatile.

Pros

Great Brands Good Drink Perks Competitive Pay Cons most applicable to certain departments reporting into certain managers Good career opportunities for those who don't know how to do their jobs and party with upper management

Cons

Highly political and sometimes toxic environment Favoritism Nepotism Dysfunctional Deck Heavy/Show and Pony focused Lack of accountability except for a small subset of employees Lack of processes Lack of adherence to deadlines People speaking outside of their area of expertise and creating havoc Lack of decision making and reversals on decisions Many people unqualified for the roles they are in simply because they "kiss the ring" Forced social interactions Hiring continues with additional positions that aren't needed; often does not actually help as those employees "ride the wave" off the work of others and add more confusion and complexity to the process Credit not given where due and instead allocated to several for appearances and to promote favorites off the work of those who don't "play the game" High medical insurance costs Chicken Little memoirs Fake convivial culture

Pros

Flexible hours, week off between Dec 25- Jan 1, lots of PTO, great benefits. Plenty of career mobility

Cons

Everything is micro-managed by current Regional Directors in SoCal, management has no idea that everyone is miserable working for them. Just a number and completely indispensable in the eyes of management, who is often disconnected from markets. Zero work/life balance
