      Pros

      -Pernod Ricard USA is full of smart, talented, hard working people that are a pleasure to work with. -They are typically good about letting people move into different kinds of roles. -The industry can be really fun to work in.

      Cons

      -The company is not well run. -Most people don't understand what exactly their role is and how it fits into the broader organization. -Goals (specifically financial) are set in ways that don't make a lot of sense and are very challenging to meet. -It is almost impossible to actually drive change or get things done because of roadblocks set at every turn.

      Actively killing its best brands

      Good benefits, great colleagues, don’t work there anymore.

      Cons

      Hard to watch it all unfold. Leadership is actively killing its best brands (Jameson being the most devastated). As a result, hundreds are being laid off despite executing the vision of the leadership team.
