Fun industry. Co-workers were very friendly in spite of environment.

Cons

The company became a real mess in my time there. Major disconnect between brand teams and the field. Poor innovation products with oversized sales quotas. Management lacks professionalism compared to other companies in the industry. Brown nosing will help you advance in spite of performance. Largest brand is poorly managed and in decline.

Some free liquor and wine Some fun events Smart people to work with very clean and professional-looking office space lot of snacks and free coffee (you will need it)

Cons

very long hours and unreasonable workloads (wall street hours without the wall street pay) extremely unorganized management as a whole people don't stick around long so a lot of knowledge disappears lots of pressure to succeed but not provided with the tools or training
