Management wouldn't bother you as long as work is done.

Dangerous place to work and nothing is in stock. Also had wage theft occur multiple times and didn't find out until long after.

Exciting industry to learn new skill sets

Corporate did not focus on the fundamentals of business marketing causing the decision to pull out of all retail locations in Arizona. Other factors were involved but when you get an email from your area director telling you to paint bright arrows on the ground to focus attention and (advertise sections) instead of one commercial on any media. No surprise Pepboys is loosing to the competition.
