You can make great pay, if you are willing to work hard. (depends on how busy your shop is) The schedule is usually workable(depending on management of your store). Great benefits, Good people and provides training

Cons

The base pay is low, if in a slow service area it will starve a mechanic Unskilled or lazy employees that are unable to handle a busy workload High turnover Training is not tailored for employee position or type of store. Parts are difficult to obtain.

The discount and people were good to work with as well as the scheduling. never had an issue with school

Cons

The management saved the most amount of money possible, i had to use a mop bucket with 1 functioning wheel and the training was rediculous
