-Great experience for entry level applicants -Builds Sales and Customer Service Skills -You learn a lot about the daily operations within the automotive industry - even outside the company. -Can be a very fun place to work with. -Network with several outside vendors which creates a nice personal/professional network pool.

Cons

-Poor upper management. -Low compensation -VERY stressful environment. Especially for service advisers.

Terrible management, picking favorites, talking bad about other employees infront of me. The wasn't much organization at times.
