*Flexible work schedule, remote work from home.

Cons

Poor culture. High turnover. The culture is very up tight, and expectations are unrealistic. Budget does not match the responsibilities of the task at hand. Alot of negative energy, especially from management. Micro management at its finest. No room for advancement, no 401k match, no bonuses or merit increases. Whatever you come in at, you better plan to stay there.

As a tech, we get a base salary. With that, we have potential to earn more via flat rate/commission. On average, I never bring home just my base salary. Annually, my commission makes up 75 percent of my income.

Cons

Poor management or lazy co workers breeds a difficult work environment. Tasks that’s obligated to be accomplished becomes your responsibility.
