$16.50 an hour but it only looks good on paper...

Cons

FLAT RATE suck If you havent been there for ever like the rest you dont get any good jobs and you end up doing oil changes all day and oil changes pay 0.30 so you would have to do like 27 oil changes in 1 day for 8 hours of full pay.
