Pros

Little knowledge into the industry.

Cons

Company only cares about company not employees. Hoursbyou work are ridiculous for the amount of pay you get, pay is horrible the commission is a joke. Before the buyout it was a good company and now is restructured multiple times a year in management through all the areas. The prices you have to sell to customers is outrageous compared to som competitors. Is cheaper than dealer however but not by much.

Pros

You get to work on cars for a living. You get a good sense of pride fixing people problems and getting them back on the road.

Cons

Can be overwhelming. No time to just stand around in the shop. Always something to do, and sometimes the work load can be impossible or just pile up on ya. There is no real time management, especially online appointments.
