Peabody was once at the top of their game and provided excellent salary and benefits. Hopefully they will return to that some day soon.

Cons

Too many people related in some way.

Pros

The pay is decent despite the long hours. Sometimes have decent bonus.

Cons

Long hours coupled with forced overtime. Yes genuinely forced overtime. People that call in on forced overtime shifts are being placed on corrective action and having their jobs threatened. Despite being incredibly short staffed. Bouncing around in equipment/ night shifts. General poor morale.

I have worked for Peabody for more than 10 years and I have been provided many great opportunities. Peabody shows value in their employees through generous compensation packages as well as offering advancement opportunities to those who apply themselves.

Cons

At times corporate initiatives are initiated, but little support is offered during application of the initiative.
