All round great experience

Pros

Great colleagues and culture Everyone is welcome from Day 1 to share ideas and be involved Freedom to ask as many questions as needed and to make mistakes Significant investment in training - Payoneer invests in setting you up to succeed Great clients and exposure Flexibility is great (it has improved more recently from what I've gathered) The company is poised for some great opportunities and has the best of a start up culture and the benefits of a large established company. Excellent health insurance from UHC 401k matching Dog-friendly Friday team lunches Regular team fun - shoot some hoops, jump into a Barre class, run around the block, smoothie Wednesdays (make up your own activity and rally the team!) Occasional travel as a perk I'd highly recommend joining!

Cons

The occasionally growing pains of a company trying to transition - if you understand the history, culture and have been through this process before, you can accommodate for it - not really a con but something to be aware of coming in.

Not the best to work for

Pros

They provide work from home options since covid

Cons

They do not help you in tumultuous times and they will let you go instead of helping you. They also discriminate toward those with disabilities so do not open up about it even if they say they will help you. They won’t. Also beware of people trying to date within the company focus on your paycheck or you’ll find out you and your coworker are sharing a partner to your embarrassment.
