      Pros

      Global company with freedom to collaborate with colleagues from all over the world. They are there for their employees in the time of need (like the war between Israel and Iran)

      Cons

      Transparency is a core value less followed when it comes their employees. They would rather loose talent than to promote. High employee turnover.
