I really enjoy the sense that the job I do is actually making a difference to the lives of people all over the world who are trying to use their skills to grow their businesses. The company values are all about empowering entrepreneurship, levelling the playing field for businesses in emerging markets, which is something that really speaks to me. Besides that, I love being a part of such a global team, talking each day to my colleagues in many other countries.

Cons

Not a con for me, but worth pointing out that we work hard here. We're doing some really complex stuff across multiple time zones which requires a high sense of engagement. We're in it together so I always feel that others are with me.

Payoneer cares about its employees and their experience, and takes them into consideration at every turn. This is filtered down to every management layer, which translates into a great employee experience and a wonderful workplace atmosphere.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and it can be difficult to find where you can make your impact, however everyone is open to new ideas and innovation, and with hard work all can make a difference.
