Excellent environment, nice workplace, managerial support to develop career, very good and fun benefits like company trips, happy hours, bonuses, good number of Social Projects in Israel.

Cons

Company still on the increasing process, which can bring a bit lower salaries comparing to same job positions in different companies. For the same reasons, sometimes there are not much space to grow and develop oneself carrier, until new Projects are opened or the company grow and demands senior workers . Besides that, the company does need to invest in hiring more people in advance of the company growth.

Salary is low, even for Israel's standards. They pay low because they know people will still work for the company based off the company's reputation. Management level employees have no managerial skills and are only in the position due to being at the company for a long time. There is nowhere to progress your career, only to have lateral movement.
