Very bad company

Pros

Air conditioner, 10Bis (40 NIS), they pay on the first day of the month

Cons

They promote theirself as the best company to work in, they lie there is plenty of posibilities to grow into the company, but it is a real disaster, they are totally disorganized and they don't care about their customers and workers. They just make money and the rest is not important, while the account holders suffer for their funds, and the representatives suffer for the mistreatment.

Pros

-Friendly environment with coworkers. Less so with management though. -Many social events. - 40 nis on 10 bis provided for lunch. fully stocked kitchen. -friday taxis home are paid for by the company.

Cons

-Micromanagement. -Holidays are a lottery. -Lots of favoritism. -High turnover. -Low pay. underpaid and overworked. -Constant intense and rude customers. Bad sign: when it's common for females starting out to be told it's ok to cry at first after a call or chat. -The policy to hang up or end a chat that is harassing and degrading removed from you. -Work in shifts that are very sporadic. Expect the minimum amount of time from a shift ending to your next starting that is legal. -High workload and constant backlog. -quantity over quality preference. -squeeze the max out of an employee. -Constant updates and new implementations without warning. No direction on how to advise the customer or explain the reasoning to the customer. -Bonuses are determined by customers good mood. -Scheduled restroom breaks.

Good company if you fit the culture

Pros

Smart and friendly coworkers Competitive salary and benefits Fun events

Cons

Many of the knowledgeable people are in Israel. The time difference makes it difficult to get feedback quickly. The push for company culture is a bit much at times. Before COVID the company was aggressively against remote work. If you brought up the subject people got uncomfortable, it was like taboo.
