      * great people * creative solutions are welcomed * growth opportunities - the company keeps growing

      Cons

      * work life balance - not optimal, long hours are expected somtimes looking at how long you are in the office and not productivity. but same in other places * diversity - majority is same type people

      Pros

      Co-workers are overall very nice and friendly, the work is interesting at the most part, and work-home balance is quite good.

      Cons

      It is a known fact that things in Payoneer are messy, and are lack of planning. It mostly focuses on "extinguishing fires" rather than a more "planned" approach. Also, compared to other places in the industry, rewards and salary are significantly lower.
