Started as Customer support rep and was promoted several times, really good boost for those who just graduated or immigrated to Israel

Cons

Company became too big and changing career path became very difficult. Me and my other co-workers, who have studied and wanted to change position inside the company were pushed back despite the excellent background, history of many years in company, knowing the product very well, management recommendations.
