Pros

- good work life balance - get to meet people all over the globe given geo distribution of work force

Cons

Where to even begin: 1) the current management team has no direction for the Company. And instead of taking blame for themselves, they blame everyone else. So they remove anyone at the senior levels they don't like, bring in their own friends, and isolate themselves from the rest of the company where people are actually working and are boots on the ground. 2) the amount of "busy" work where people have meetings ontop of meetings just to have the actual meetings is absurd. Working isn't just having calls, you actually have to execute. 3) Politics, no transparency. Everything gets talked about behind closed doors and no communication with rest of work force. Could go weeks without knowing what you're actually suppose to be doing.

Pros

There are some really great people who were misled into taking jobs at Payoneer. The benefits are excellent.

Cons

Dysfunctional at all levels. Horrible place to work. The list is endless. Immature, incompetent leadership. Inconsistent treatment of people. Croneyism toward Israelis/Jews. Gossip culture. Gaslighting, blaming and shaming. Senior leadership is incompetent. Don’t believe any of the BS they tell you. They are in-fighting amongst themselves, and do not work well together - it is the Hunger Games. They do mot respect or trust each other and they do not respect their employees. Very siloed leadership. And where have (most of) the women leaders gone? There is no diversity.

Pros

Payoneer prioritizes onboarding employees and giving them all the resources they need to succeed, including offsites to meet teammates, trips to visit operations in other regions. It is a truly global company, so this is crucial to every team's collaboration.

Cons

Changes in strategy can be a bit too extreme, with resources being shifted to a new priority while severely deprioritizing other segments of the business. Leadership should learn how to better communicate the strategy to ensure holistic results are achieved.
