Unique family culture

Pros

Innovative and open culture. You can feel good knowing you work for a company that leads the payments field globally. Fully stocked kitchen means no need to buy own breakfast/lunch! Once a week we eat together at 100 person table which creates a real family first atmosphere. Diversity is valued. Hours are manageable. Health plan and perks are great.

Cons

Company is growing fast which can always create issues, but management is trying hard to keep the company culture as it was when half the size.
