Remote work - probably the only upside

Leadership lacks the strategic vision needed for long-term success. Promotions are frequently based on how long you have been in the company rather than actual performance or qualifications, resulting in unqualified individuals occupying key decisions. This has led to a toxic and misaligned culture. Communication is consistently poor, and the company executed a complete layoff without any prior notice, leaving employees unprepared. Worst career decision I've ever made
