Pros

Good Salary. They overestimate you in order to - perhaps - keep you in a company without commercial or operational clarity.

Cons

- Businesses without a clear commercial strategy. - Little knowledge of the Latin American payments market. - Complete lack of knowledge of the impact of the business in the different latitudes in which they operate. - Massive layoffs with no clear justification. - High turnover of C-level executives without clear ideas. - Over-hiring of technology and product staff without a clear roadmap to justify it. - Inexperienced managers without leadership skills. - Little concern for the problems of subsidiaries in the rest of the world. - Hiring "stars" in the marketplace who do not add value to the company. - Company with no clear values and principles.

Pros

The people are amazing and make the company

Cons

1) senior management doesn't know what they are doing 2) product doesn't work, they have issue with the payment methods all the time 3) no direction, the management team doesn't know what direction they want to go and it feels like leading the blind leading the blind 4) no strategy, they change there mind all the time one week it's we are doing this and the next week we are not doing it 5) very expensive, they charge far to much for fees. I would understand it if it worked 6) terrible company, they have fired 80+ people in the Bulgaria office in one day. 7) middle management are to scared to say anything to senior management because they are scared to get fired 8) they really like to micro manage everyone in the team with pointless tasks 9) no loyalty to their staff, they really do not care about people and only believe they are their property 10) treat staff normal staff like children
