A lot: C-level and Senior Leadership lack a clear and consistent vision. Strategic direction shifts every couple of months, often without data or concrete use cases to support the changes—decisions seem to be driven more by gut feel than insight. Unfortunately, layoffs have become one of the few predictable aspects of the company culture. At times, it feels as though the organization is being managed without a clear long-term plan, leading to instability and confusion across teams. It reminds me of my child playing Monopoly. Despite frequent layoffs, some senior managers with questionable competencies have remained in their positions for years.
