Innovative, Pioneering, and quickly learning how to be "big" while staying small.

Cons

With some many moving parts changing so quickly, keeping up with everything can be a challenge and the reword.

The people are really for the most part quite nice and very smart. I think that PayPal is just at the beginning of it's success. I want to be part of this phenomenon as it becomes more main stream.

Cons

The Development cycle is extremely long.
