      Pros

      Good compensation, not many places in the bay area where there is payment innovation. Great product and have some of the best people i have worked with

      Cons

      a whole lot of politics at the senior management level that is really annoying, empire building at all levels, a complete mess at the upper mgmt level

      - Coercion is the order of the day - People who have been with the company from the early days really obstruct progress - Too much process
