      Paypal is a good e-commerce ! I use it for do shopping on ebay , and Pay my bills .

      Pros

      Personally , I think it's good work at the site for e-commerce , the first thing drives me is the thrill, so I can explore how the operations that I did in advance, and because of the softness of the work also .

      Cons

      The downside is probably the lack of time, so that the Paypal is a big site, this means that the problems will also be many, many complain of scams, and also freeze the account, and problems in the Site Server .....

      Great chances to learn new technologies. It is NEVER boring, you never think 'what do i do next?' Innovation is encouraged here.

      Cons

      You have to been from the right state of India to get ahead. There is a push for work life balance but really they want you to be available all the time No one can ever start a meeting on time.

      People are really nice, pretty good pay, nice cafeteria...

      Cons

      They make everything sound much better than it actually is, very inconsistent with the customer service agents, they say that they are not a scripted customer service call center, but you need to meet so many targets while on the phone that it is impossible not to be scripted.
