      Pros

      Great opportunities Good benefits especially the sabbatical after 5 years of service, working from home etc.. PayPal is a good company to work for with a very bright future.

      Cons

      Should put in application their shared behaviours "debate, decide, deliver" - far too much debates and not so much decision taking and delivery.

      Office culture is good. Everyone gets along pretty well with each other and make you feel a part of a team. There are monthly contest that allow you to win prizes.

      Disorganized changes that do not have solutions. Time-off procedures
