Pros
It has a good benefit package similar to many other american companies, it is a good place to start if you have no experience, you learn quick as it is one of the more advance company in the financial sector and gives you a very good experience that you can apply somewhere else.
Cons
There is a culture of micromanaging that really doesn't treat you like a human, everyone falls on the rabbit hole and it is a very competitive environment between teammates due to this culture, eventually you end up being just a number in many areas of the job.
