Pros

I got to work with adventurous and awesome people. I'm still proud to say that I worked for Patagonia, especially now that it's clear that the founder YC isn't in the business for his own wealth.

Cons

The expectation of product replacement (instead of repair) was becoming the norm, and that was encouraged by store leadership. This was/is not in service of the mission.
