Pros

- access to Patagonia gear at accessible prices

Cons

internal support for BIPOC employees was lacking, especially amidst the events of 2020. management felt satisfied stifling people’s potential, and the stores were incredibly understaffed and overwhelmed and Patagonia simply would not hire more people. The stores brought in tens of thousands of dollars a day and would be run by only four people. the pay was not sustainable for where we live, and thus only young / single folks without children were able to work at the stores. opportunities for growth were often rare and largely inaccessible by a large portion of staff.
