Great Experience, Humane Working Culture

Pros

This was the most humane place I've ever worked. The culture was friendly and supportive, with a real appreciation for the fact that people had lives outside of work.

Cons

This was a fixed-term contract and relatively few people got their contracts converted to permanent. This was disappointing to many people, but we did know from the beginning there was no guarantee, and in the meantime, we had all the benefits of full time, permanent employees.
