Pros

relaxed workplace, it attracts some great people

Cons

- hires mates instead of the best candidate - no investment in employee development or career progression. - centralised management structure means they don’t empower employees to make decisions and processes take way longer than they should.

Pros

There are tons of perks working at Patagonia, like incredible discounts and great health benefits.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement in a warehouse position, and there's a lot of burn out due to monotonous work, high stress in certain departments and times of the year, and general inefficiency. The main con in my opinion are politics within the company. There are ridiculous policies in the employee handbook, and the company definitely pushes is political and social views on employees.

Pros

Not only are benefits available to all employees but they create and environment for people to work on many different skills surrounding activism, community outreach, and various other philanthropic work. Surpasses any retail experience I have had in the past.

Cons

As it focuses on creating an inclusive environment it still has room to grow in shaping a work environment that benefits everyone.
