Pros

Employee discount 100% paid medical care Pay

Cons

Horrible leadership— in a leadership role, I was never given the opportunity to lead my team due to managements control freak tendencies Lack of authenticity. You’re not allowed to be your true self here. God forbid you’re religious or are a republican. If you are, you’re conspired against. Also, for a company that prides themselves on being “equitable” and “inclusive”, you have to be vaccinated to work here (I lost my job over it). Cult brand. BEWARE. The company isn’t what you think it is. They use savvy marketing tactics and reverse psychology to grow their following. Not much room for growth and development. Managers get weekend days off (unheard of in management) but employees work long hours without consecutive days off.
