Pros

mission driven company, small enough place that an individual can have a big impact, great work-life balance and inspiring coworkers

Cons

ventura is not the greatest city on earth. Conflicting sales vs environmental interest make decision making difficult. Since its small, there's not a lot of room for movement

Pros

Believe the hype. Patagonia really does put its money where its mouth is. I have never been a part of such a strongly mission driven company. The environment is really at the root of every business decision, down to what type of technological platforms to use. You really feel like you are a part of something bigger here.

Cons

It is a very fluid, collaborative, and unstructured work environment. This can be great for some people and terrible for others.
