Pros

Personally I have a great group of coworkers that make the job enjoyable even when it's during our slower seasons. The company really cares about you and is flexible with your scheduling. They also offer a great employee discount and other perks.

Cons

The holiday season is the busiest and often other times of the year can be really slow. Especially in a smaller store. Long days can get a little boring when the busy season slows down.
