Pros

It’s a great company with a great mission and culture. People is awesome, friendly and respectful with personal life.

Cons

Not a lot of room nor clarity for career development and growth. Also, mid management and leadership are having a hard time translating the company’s mission into clear mission and objectives for teams, so we end up working short term, reactively based on random requests from internal stakeholders, rather than from actual customer needs.

Pros

Pay, pay pay pay pay

Cons

Everything else except pay and benefits is trash. No work life balance. No training at all, No advancement in positions. All designs are trash and they spend money in the most idiotic ways.
