Pros

Patagonia has great values and hires great people. I actually liked everyone I worked for, including the store manager and assistant manager.

Cons

The biggest issue is that the hourly pay is horrible. Schedules were not released consistently, causing some unnecessary stress.

Pros

Never have I worked in such an inclusive and friendly work environment. The staff and management are very organized and the is an openness one feels while working there. There is never a question too stupid to ask or inquire about. The types of people that work at Patagonia are the people who truly want to be there. In my experience, my colleagues all were passionate about the environment/ sustainable practices and were happy to learn more and become knowledgeable on Patagonia and it's practices. Overall, a very inviting place to work with plenty of opportunities to grow!

Cons

During the slower times, it may be harder to get hours, but honestly that works to the benefit of myself who has a busy schedule and would pick up shifts when they were free instead of being obligated for a set schedule.
