Pros

I have made some wonderful friends here and the office environment is really relaxed. I also enjoy working for a company that wants to make the clothing industry more sustainable.

Cons

The Leadership team is very far removed from the employees. The HR team supports the leadership team more than the employees and finds ways to avoid and make excuses for critical feedback. While the mission statement and the culture idea they present on the website is really great, it does not resonate down to entry level jobs. There is a strong sense of elitism here and you need to be a certain kind of person to excel. If you ruffle the wrong feathers, you won't be able to grow within your career at the Reno DC.
