Pros

Working at Patagonia was my favorite retail job ever. Good pay, flexible hours, phenomenal people who become great friends, and an overall amazing company whose product you truly become passionate about. Everyday you feel like your hanging out with friends and helping customers find the best products for their specific trips/needs. Patagonia does a great job training associates in product knowledge so that you can help guide customers to the best products for their needs. Awesome experience :)

Cons

Maybe better benefits for part-time employees. Also the store I worked at only had white employees… This may not be the case in other stores, I’m not sure, but more efforts toward diversification would always be good. Other than that I have none
