      Great pay, little work life balance

      Pros

      The pay was great, and helped to cushion the qualities this company is lacking. It is a typical CRO.

      Cons

      The culture is run by Project Managers who delegate everything to everyone else, and have little to no accountability. You will have more work than you can manage comfortably. PTO is little to be desired.

      Pros

      The other people trapped with you. Similar to the bond you'd form with your neighbour in hell.

      Cons

      The company is a monster. God forbid you're stuck with a miserable middle manager, soon that misery will be yours to enjoy. Think HR will help? Throw in a bit of cronyism and it's your job on a technicality for daring to go up against one of their own. If you value your career, and more importantly your happiness, avoid at all costs. If you're a talentless, insecure narcissist you'll fit right in.

      Didn’t know bullying existed until I worked there

      Pros

      Interesting projects 80% of the employees are decent and very good at what they do It was not common but you could engage in a very interesting project that goes towards data modelling

      Cons

      Managers are not trained to be managers, they left their insecurities dictated their behaviour No compassion/emotional intelligence that reaches bullying level Too hierarchical 0 opportunities to go beyond your position 0 real leadership
