Interesting projects
80% of the employees are decent and very good at what they do
It was not common but you could engage in a very interesting project that goes towards data modelling
Cons
Managers are not trained to be managers, they left their insecurities dictated their behaviour
No compassion/emotional intelligence that reaches bullying level
Too hierarchical
0 opportunities to go beyond your position
0 real leadership

Thank you for your comments. We are concerned that you feel staff are not treated with respect. Two of our core values are Respect and Empowerment & Accountability, where we encourage each other to do our best work, value different perspectives and cultures, and leverage each other’s diverse strengths and expertise. In order to provide a better response, we are wondering if you would be interested in providing more information related to your concerns regarding bullying. Please send me a direct message at Tom.McGoldrick@Parexel.com.
Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects
Also unlimited RTO in US
Cons
no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
