      Get to work in entertainment which is a fun and rewarding job.

      Cons

      Constant change with no clear direction from the top. It’s more about who likes or trusts you vs the work you do for the business.

      Great work life balance, friendly coworkers, nice office, good benefits

      Cons

      I left because pay is a below market and C suite that has no direction for company, just chasing a big merger and consolidation. But lots of opportunities for growth here. Common to see promotions across departments and teams, just have to be proactive and patient. Overall, great company to start a career at for a new grad who wants to work in media/advertising/ad sales

      Good Insurance compared to a lot of places

      Cons

      Leaders who should not be leaders, lack of empathy, do as i say not as i do mentality. Full time return to office with tracking badge swipes. Promotions are not regular and you're given the constant run around if you are not constantly working yourself to the ground. Little to no upward growth.
